First American is a father and son operation. Our founder's father spent nearly 25 years in the debt relief industry, working with businesses across every situation you can think of. When MCAs started becoming a serious problem for small business owners, he and his son saw an opportunity to do things the right way. They launched First American together, bringing that deep industry knowledge into a space that desperately needed it.
For the last 15 years, they've focused exclusively on MCA situations. While most firms in this space are brand new and still learning, our team was already negotiating settlements and handling lender disputes long before "MCA debt relief" was even a search term. That experience shows up in every consultation, every negotiation, and every outcome.
